These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rezeva services. By engaging Rezeva you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Rezeva provides short-term rental booking management including: listing management, calendar synchronisation, dynamic pricing, multimedia management, and a dedicated booking agent.

2. Subscription and Fees

Rezeva operates on a fixed monthly subscription model. Fees are agreed in writing at onboarding. Rezeva does not take commission from your booking revenue. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate property information, maintaining active accounts on relevant booking platforms, responding to Rezeva requests promptly, and ensuring your properties comply with local short-term rental regulations.

4. Bookings Guarantee

The “More Bookings Guarantee” applies to clients who follow Rezeva recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality. Rezeva does not guarantee specific booking volumes or revenue levels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and systems created by Rezeva remain the property of Rezeva. Property photos and descriptions provided by the client remain the property of the client.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable for the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rezeva is not liable for booking platform outages, policy changes by third-party platforms, or losses outside Rezeva’s control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

8. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
